WOW! What an amazing evening that was, courtesy of our sponsor – Sherlock Homes Letting Agents in Newcastle. As keen supporters of North Staffs Mind, they started planning their 100 seater fundraising event 4 months ago. It was a lively occasion held at the Longton Rugby Club with all contributors giving their time and effort free of charge. The evening was compered by celebrity HitMix DJ Robby Benson, with live music supplied by up-and-coming singer/songwriter Levi Knapper. The generosity of the guests on the night was phenomenal. All the prizes up for grabs on the night were kindly donated. 5 of them were auctioned which raised £2,000 alone. By the time the raffles and general donations were counted, the event raised an incredible £6,275! Our heartfelt thanks go to Shaun Jenkinson and his team for such amazing support for our cause.
