We are a team of passionate and dedicated people who are committed to making a difference to the lives of everyone in our community that needs us.

As the demand for our services continues to grow, we need to expand our team with people who are ready to rise to the challenge. In 2024 Mid Cheshire Mind merged with North Staffs Mind, expanding our reach to provide crucial support across North Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Joining North Staffs and Cheshire Mind means becoming part of our family. Our team is incredibly friendly, fostering a warm and welcoming environment where everyone thrives, and is proud to be part of our organisation.

We value diversity and inclusivity; every individual in our local community matters. Regardless of your ethnicity, gender identity or reassignment, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or belief, we welcome your application.

We particularly encourage those with lived experiences of mental health to come forward and join us. So, if you can bring a unique perspective, and are passionate about improving the wellbeing of local people, we would love to hear from you.
