Speak up Space is an instant messaging service for young people under the age of 18, who live in Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent, and Cheshire. Our trained mental health practitioners are there to support young people with their mental health by providing a safe space to talk about how they are feeling online, they also offer coping strategies and signposting if needed.

Please note that Speak up Space is not a crisis service, and should a young person feel that they are in immediate danger they should call 999 or attend A&E.

The service is currently open 3 evenings a week. When the service is online there will be a speech bubble that appears at the bottom right-hand corner of the website. When you click onto this the young person will be asked what their ‘Nickname, age and town’ is, once this has been filled in, the chat will begin.

Tuesday- 6pm-9pm
Wednesday- 6pm-9pm
Thursday- 6pm-9pm
