Mental Elf 2023 – Festive Fun Run!
Mental Elf is a unique event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others. It’s an inclusive and non-competitive event, accessible and open to all ages and abilities, and of course, Christmas fancy dress is very much encouraged!
North Staffs Mind are thrilled to be holding this 5km Fun Run at Trentham Gardens on 10th December 2023 at 1pm. Sign up today to guarantee a new festive designed medal to show your support for your local mental health charity. We encourage sponsorship for our cause, as winter can be a difficult time for many who struggle with their mental wellbeing. 1 in 4 people in the UK still struggle with mental health problems.
