Move it May 2024
1st – 31st May 2024
Several gyms and organisations have joined up to run special and unique classes to encourage people to get up and start exercising and socialising! With several fundraising options, you can come and support North Staffs Mind to continue our work and provide more opportunities like this campaign and others to really support Staffordshire.
You can get up on your own of course, go for a run, a swim, or even just climbing stairs instead of using the lift. You can even do it with your friends! But we are offering many events you can be a part of. Take a look at our event list, click here to get involved. Get up, get active, get healthy!
