Helping you to maintain positive mental health and emotional wellbeing
This free-to-access service is for local people, and aims to provide practical tools needed to maintain positive mental health and emotional wellbeing. This project can support those who are struggling due to the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, whether you're experiencing poor mental health for the first time or have a longer-term condition and need some extra support.
This project consists of two main activities:
11th March 4:00pm - 5:30pm
18th March 4:00pm - 5:30pm
25th March 4:00pm - 5:30pm
1st April 4:00pm - 5:30pm
8th April 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Workshops will take place on Zoom and you'll be sent the link to join once your place in the workshop has been confirmed.
