Join our Mindful Walking Group


Our Mindful Walking Group takes place on a Friday between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm. 

We try to keep the walk to a Friday but on occasion due to the weather we have run it on a Wednesday or Thursday.

We meet in a variety of locations around Stoke and Newcastle, and we use Hanley Park a lot, as that seems the most popular and easiest place for people to meet. 

Members joining the group benefit from the social interaction they get from being a part of a group and every week we focus on a specific theme to living mindfully.

Some weeks we do a 20-30 minute meditation/relaxation exercise too, again depending upon the weather and environment.
