We're always looking for people with lived experience of mental health issues to support and improve our work. We are committed to ensuring meaningful service user engagement in all aspects of our work. Learning from the insights gained by people with lived experience of mental health issues is key to improving the work we do and the services we provide, as well as ensuring that we are more effective at meeting the needs of our clients and service users.
We recognise that everyone has something of value to bring in terms of expertise and experience, as well as wanting to become involved in a variety of different ways. Sharing your lived experience can be beneficial for many reasons:
