Mindful Miles Challenge 2021

When: 1st May 2021 start of day - 31st May end of day

What is it?
The Mindful Miles Challenge is a challenge event to help you keep active and support mental health, whilst raising money for North Staffs Mind. Walk, run, cycle, row, hop… it's up to you! Set yourself a target distance (preferably in miles, but we're not fussy!) and get active any time throughout May to reach your goal.

When is it?
The Mindful Miles Challenge will run from the 1st – 31st May 2021. You can complete your miles at any time, on any day(s), between these dates.

Where is it?
Anywhere! You can complete the challenge wherever you like - down your road, around the park, in your own garden or even on an indoor machine. Just remember to follow government Covid lockdown rules.

Who can take part?
Everyone! We just ask that anyone under 18 has parental/carer consent first.

How much does it cost?
Taking part in the Mindful Miles Challenge is FREE; however, we kindly ask that you raise a minimum of £25 to help us keep supporting local people with their mental health.

How do I get involved?
1. Head to our JustGiving campaign page and click the orange 'Start fundraising' button to create your own fundraising page.
2. Track your distance each time you exercise between the 1st-31st May – you can use anything from tracking apps, to a smart watch, or good old pen and paper
3. At the end of the month, submit evidence of your miles to fundraising@nsmind.org.uk and we'll send you your certificate!
