We need your help to raise money for better mental health across North Staffordshire and surrounding areas

Welcome Image
Help us to make sure that no one in North Staffordshire faces a mental health problem alone

We are affiliated to Mind nationally, but we're an independent charity in our own right. We are responsible for raising our own funds, so every penny you raise on our behalf enables us to continue the vital work we do to support local people's mental health and wellbeing.

1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems

All money raised stays in North Staffordshire. Donations and help from our fantastic supporters makes a real difference, enabling us to provide services to over 8,000 adults, children and young people each year.

£20 could help to fund an initial consultation for talking therapy

£50 could run a support group session, helping people to connect with others and feel less alone
